Chicken & Mushroom Yorkshire Puds

Couple days late on this one guys, sorry!! Currently making brown daal and had NO idea how long it takes to cook, madness *eye roll*e

What to buy;

  • Yorkshire Puds
  • Mushrooms (Button or Portabello)
  • Double Cream
  • Onion
  • Dijon Mustard
  • Chicken (Boneless)

Method;

  • Prepare chicken, finely chop – Leave to aside
  • Splash of butter in a pan – Medium, Low heat
  • Finely chopped garlic (2 Cloves) Allow to golden up but not brown
  • 1ts Flat – salt
  • 1 ts Flat – black peppet
  • 1ts Flat – Dijon Mustard
  • Chopped mushrooms (Same quantity of chicken – mushrooms will reduce in volume)
  • Finely chopped onions
  • Allow to saute
  • After 5/7 minutes, throw in the chicken, allow to stir fry nicely
  • Once the chicken is 50% cooked, throw in a full small tub of double cream
  • Allow to melt into the chicken mix
  • Cook slowly for max 10 minutes
  • Don’t let cream dry off too much, saucy consistency
  • Meanwhile, cook your yorkshires
  • Once they are ready, pour in your chicken and mushroom mix
  • Serve with chilli flakes and chopped corianderEnjoy!!!
